Well Trump knows what he is doing. Although lately he has been doing dumb things, but just about a month ago he would make a descision and then society would say " I mean (laughing) what is this guy doing? He should have said this and that!" After words, he would say the oppisite of what he said a week before. Then people would say the exact same thing again.
