What tools do interest groups use to influence government and public opinion?

People in interest groups use several tools to influence public opinion and governments. They often take out large ads in magazines and newspapers. They hold public rallies and demonstrations to let their opinions be known. At times they will politely go door to door and talk to residents or leave flyers in their mailboxes.
