Is ageing inevitable? why or why not

It is inevitable, because you can’t hide from time. Everywhere you go there is time unless you find some corner of space where the normal laws of physics don’t apply then maybe aging won’t apply, or go to a place where the normal logic and concept of time is no existent, then you could escape aging
