yes, i do think that everyone has the deep desire to be happy or fulfilled because this is normal for us. as humans we don't want to spend the rest of our lives trying to be unhappy or unfulfilled because what kind of life what that be? it'd be horrible and there wouldn't be much to live for. i think that's why most of us are always looking for new ways to be happy or fulfilled. even simple things like buying something we saved up for or being with family often makes us happy.
