Who was the founder of all the slave dynasty? why they are called slave?

Slave dynasty was found by Qutb-ud-Din Aibak and they are called slaves because Qutb-ud-Din Aibak himself was a slave.

the difference is that white collar worker performs skills like worker as a scientist or well blue collars do physical work and they do services like being a cook.
