Na pré-História, o ser humano, já detentor de certa autonomia em relação à natureza, passa a cultivar a terra,
tornando-se um produtor de seu sustento, não mais sujeito a se alimentar somente daquilo que encontrava na
natureza. Passa a ter uma noção antecipada do que irá consumir e quanto e por qual período poderá dali retirar
alimento.
