Based on what we know about the Civil War and the conflict between the Union (North) and the Confederacy (South), how do you think the war contributed to the Ku Klux Klan forming?

People in the south held on to their racist ideals even after the war but the war itself and its outcome just encouraged southerners to continue like this.

no every country is held to the same degree as others just some member countries such as the usa and germany are more economically sound so the need to show there support to all others
