2. Why do you think Pres. Roosevelt decided to issue Executive order 9066?

Personally i believe that president Roosevelt decided to do this because of the possible further harm from people of Japanese decent after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. He wanted to make sure also that if by any chance the Japanese did send spies, they were all taken care of by any means.
