It was proposed by the one and only, Abraham Lincoln! It freed all the slaves in the United States, not in just one territory. Also, the only reason the army choices are wrong is because this Proclamation wasn't focused on the wars.

employers subject to title vii are prohibited from taking race or sex into account in any employment decisions. aa is a penalty for having any job group substantially statistically "underutilized" in any race or either sex. the employer must take steps to eliminate the underutilization, then stop, ending its aa efforts

the scientific revolution brought us a renewed understanding of humanity and our place in the universe, new scientific equipment, and new laws as a basis for future scientific discovery.
