During the Roman Empire, Rome was tolerant of the many religions practiced in the different parts of the Empire. However, every once in a while people of a different religion rebelled and were crushed. So, is religious a good thing or does an empire or nation have a right to tell people how and what to worship? If people want to worship nothing, should they also be forced to worship what and how the government wants them to worship?
