After years of limited involvenment, by Aug, 1964, the US has finally openly been attacked by the North Vietnamese in the Gulf of Tonkin. The debate now becomes: should the
US go to war in Vietnam? Your argument should be based off of the information you just learned about US involvment and MUST include the following:
