What did Paul mean when he wrote (1 Corinthians 11:26), "For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes…"?

The verse explains that we should preach the gospel and tell about the death of the Lord until he returns.

Eating the bread and drinking from the cup signifies the body and the blood of blood which relates to the Lord's supper. The Lord meant that when you eat this bread and drink from this cup, you tell about his death until he comes.

The verse in 1 Corinthians 11:26, explains that as Christians, when we eat the bread and drink from the cup, we should tell about the death of the Lord and preach the gospel to people until he rises and comes back.

It means as long as you live in God's image and follow in Christ and accept him into your life and worship him, you will be brought into his kingdom either when you die on earth or when Jesus comes back during rapture.
