Plenty of documentaries available, shot by foreigners in recent years – filmed inside N. Korea with ‘minders’ in tow.

N. Korea on record desperately wanting investment. Every propped up dictator / warden is there because outside forces want it that way. Both China & U.S. want this geographic separation.
