What role does the president have in approving treaties passing bills and creating the cabinet?

Role of a president in passing bills, approving treaties and creating the cabinet:

The President is responsible for the enforcement and execution of the laws framed by Congress.A law passed by Congress should be presented to the President. The president takes 10 days for either approval or disapproval. Then, the president signs all the bill which is acceptable and he makes them as law. Also, he votes a bill by returning the bill to the house.The president own the power to appoint people for working with him/her to run the government and executing the laws of the country.The members belonging to the president's cabinet advise the president on vital issues which is going to be faced by him/her.The 'Executive Branch of our government' is also lead by them.
