Why did jefferson decide to repeal the judiciary act of 1801 once in office?

Jefferson decided to repeal the Judiciary Act of 1801 once in office because of two major reasons. The first reason was because the number of additional courts in the country was not needed and also it was very expensive for the government treasury. I hope the answer comes to your help. 

It may be written down (as in the united states) or it may be unwritten (as in great britain). this is the 1787 meeting at which the  constitution of the united states  was debated and agreed upon. this was a 1787 meeting called by congress to amend the articles of the confederation.
