What are some of the problems that could be seen within the democracy of athens? who were the people that held the most power within this government?

The nobles held the most power in this government, not the Kings. It was because the Nobles were supposedly able to communicate with the Gods. Problems able to be seen within the democracy of Athens was that people had to own a certain amount of land and women were unable to vote.
