The differences and similarities between factory owners and factory workers during the industrial revolution:

The working conditions were worse during Industrial Revolution. Many of the industries were under construction and hence they were in terrible need for workers.

There were many people who were willing to work because of which factory owners set low wages. People were ready to work as long as they got paid.

Unskilled workers were paid less, women received one-third or one-half the pay men received and children were paid even less by factory owners. Factory owners were busy making profits and they were satisfied because labor costed less.
