The document claims that if the government takes away the people rights it is their duty to it

The Declaration of Independence claims that if the government becomes destructive and/or toxic the people have the right and duty to "alter or abolish it and to institute new Government". This means that the people have the right to overthrow the government and change it if they feel as if the government is doing more harm than good.

no every country is held to the same degree as others just some member countries such as the usa and germany are more economically sound so the need to show there support to all others
