Second amendment gives citizens the right to keep arms.

It’s the most straight forward law but it is filled with controversies too which engaged long deliberations over it.

This law permits an individual to bear a gun in order to protect himself from any tyranny or when the safety of a state is put in threat.  

This law states that a person who is well built and emotionally stable person has all the right to bear arms and use it while personal or states’ safety is in threat or if any form of harassment when inflicted, the states’ civil military as described in the law has all rights to use the arms.
