The preamble to the united states constitution includes the phrase "promote the general ventare

o people can be expected to act in the best interests of the community
o the government would have to set up welfare programs in the future
o the government needed to protect its citizens from attacks by native americans
o the government sometimes has to protect the interests of the community

these civilizations were located around fertile rivers, where they could produce an abundance of crops

the two things that develop a strong social foundation are: a. separation of church and states e. education received attention separation of church and states separate the illogical  argument that came from religious beliefs to a fact based belief. while education will make us remember the past to avoid the repeat of our mistakes.
