In the case of Plessy V. Ferguson, the supreme court stated that Browns/Blacks and White people cannot attend the same schools.

In the case of Brown Vs the board of education, the supreme court stated that segregating Browns/Blacks and White people is unconstitutional.

becasue in the south they disallowed slavery but in the north slavery was illegial this boilled into because mexico wanted slavery
