Just one question ill give points and friend : ) what was the red scare? how did it affect americans society in the 1950s and 1960s?

The Red Scare was around the time the communist rose in Russia. Following the Russian Revolution, in turn the American feared the communist would attempt to take over the American government. Many feared they were everywhere, simply hiding, slowly corrupting.

the mother countries succeed in doing that by using the colony's natural resources, facilities in a colony, they do not take good care of these facilities, causing them to fail. this has had negative and positive effects on the people of africa, they then governed through direct or indirect rule depending on the country.
