Were the changes that resulted from the women's movement mostly positive or mostly negative? what changes still need to take place to establish equality for women?

It was mostly positive because of the progress it has made to the women’s movement. Women now enjoy some rights as to their male counterparts. However, there is still a need to change the perception of people to women specifically their role in the society. There is still a need to improve the way women get to be able to enjoy their rights. 

Positive, women can no longer be discriminated in the work place, ect. However we still need pass the Equal Rights Amendment and there is still a gender pay gap between men and women.
