How do these amendments promote and protect individual freedom in the united states?

heres some examples.

the first amendment protects freedom of religion and freedom of speech and of the press.

it also protects the right of peaceful assembly and to petition the government

the second amendment protects the right to keep and bear arms, for the purpose of maintaining a militia.

i would say the executive branch is because the executive branch is in charge of enforcing the laws and judicial branch is in charge of enforcing but the executive branch is most responsible for it all so i would have to say the executive branch.
