After completing a fitness evaluation, what steps should you take to improve your performance?

You follow recommendations that were given to you based on your evaluation.  If you need to adjust your diet, exercise more or get more sleep, then you should do so.  The purpose of an evaluation is not just to know if you are ill but also to take steps to maintain your health.  

based on this information, i would advocate against sweatshop labour because it exploits workers in unsafe working conditions with little pay. though sweatshops produce inexpensive goods, they harm the environment, workers, and often use unsafe materials to make consumer goods.
