Sunday, January 22nd, 1905, otherwise known as "Bloody Sunday", was a march led by Father Georgy Gapon on the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg. The goal of the 100,000 demonstrators was to petition the Tsar (Nicholas II) to reform government and working conditions. They specifically called for limitations on government official's power, better working conditions and hours, and a proposal for a national parliament.

However, as the crowd approached the Palace, the Imperial Guard fired upon the demonstrators, killing and injuring several hundred. This ultimately led to the Russian Revolution's start in 1905.

        i used both my knowledge of world history and the process of elimination to obtain these answers. option 1 cannot be a possible selection because the mandate of heaven belongs to ancient chinese philosophical belief. option 4 sounds like it would benefit the region than detriment it. however, both 2 and 3 explain a potential reason for what could have contributed to the fall of the roman empire.
