Which countries had the least say in the treaty of versailles and how were they affected by it?

Russia, Italy, and Japan had the least day in the treaty. Russia had a civil war that turned them to communist, Italy had a government takeover by Mussolini into a fascist government, and Japan invaded almost all of China and turned fascist as well.
