What were the reasons the bomb should not have been used on japan?

1) The bomb killed too many innocent people.
That's the thing about war. The people who attacked Pearl Harbor wasn't the one who paid the price. It was innocent Japanese who has nothing to do with war.

2) That inhumane

I think these are one of the only two reasons.
