Which aspect of health information technology currently has the most positive impact on health and healthcare?

Today, the use of information technology in our lives has become rampant, it constantly infiltrating our lives. Technology is renovating the way we live.  For health and healthcare, the IT has become the main source of medical information. In a 2004 survey, conducted by Pew Internet and American Life Project, over 200 senior citizen who answered the survey 66% said they used internet as a source of information for healthcare. This goes to show that more people are using the internet to search for information while it has never been a good idea to skip doctor’s consultation but it is one way to empower patients to make decisions on what to do next.

out of the choices i'd say d the ability to set goals, mainly because to desire to continue you need motivation but it isn't motivation in that part, but setting goals means you have an endgame and you want to reach it which sums up motivation.
