What can vegetarians do to reduce their risk of health problems?

Eat healthy foods salads and good stuff for their heart and no drugs so their heart is healthy and excersice for them to get in shape and health and healthy

Vegetarians should eat lots of different vegetables and dairy, such as eggs, beans, cheese, quinoa, peas, yogurt, leaf vegetables, tofu, milk, and many others.
An important thing is to make sure you get enough B12, which is commonly in meats and animal products, but you can eat cheeses, yogurt, and eggs.
Also to help stay healthy and avoid health problems you can exercise regularly and get a good amount of sleep.
