What is hardest stage to recover from in alcoholism

In my opinion, i think that the whole recovery process is an extreme challenge alone. it takes a lot of mind to convince someone that they are an alcoholic, some may suffer from depression leading them to that state. going to meetings, not picking up a drink even though you really want to, i do not think there is any indicated answer to that question.

I think maybe actually leaving alcohol if your an addict or actually the whole thing is pretty tough cuz your body is ised to it. alcohol can mess up a persons life 2bh

People need to distract themselves with actitives. they can also find a natural high. an example would be eating alot of meat. that meat can release dopamine to the brain which gives one a natural high feeling.
