Level 4: Sedentary time decrease in this level such as playing, using a computer, watching TV, games, and surfing the internet.
The escalating health issues among the population especially the young adults demands their indulgence in some physical activities that would compensate to their habits of excessive junk intake , smoking or drinking or both. Physical fitness helps us to prevent heart disease, lung cancer, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Therefore adults and adolescents should do physical activities and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
