Iwant to add 16 mph to my fastball so i can enter major league baseball right out of high school. what change would make this statement a more powerful goal?

As written, this goal is a wish. In order to be a more effective goal, it must identify actionable things that can be done to achieve the goal. As an example: "I want to add 16 mph to my fastball by getting a strength and conditioning coach, working on my mechanics, trying out different types of fastball grips, ___(input whatever methodology desired)" It should also state a time frame in which this goal is to be achieved, e.g. "before the end of my Junior year of high school so I can show the scouts my improved fastball during my senior year". Essentially, the goal should have a definitive and tangible "how" so it can move forward and a "when" it needs to be done by to ensure it can't be put off forever.
