For grains to be the most nutritious they should be, uncooked grains, whole grains, fresh grains or processed grains?

To be the most healthy i would assume that they would need to be whole grains.

I would say it is between whole and fresh. when you proccess grains, some of the nutritoun gets off of it. but my clossest guess would be whole grains.
