Apatient is scheduled for surgery to correct a deviated nasal septum. which bones and other facial feaures may be involved

The septum is the deviation between the nostrils that extend into the nasal cavity. So naturally the facial feature you will be most concerned about is going to be the nose. However the septum also is involved with two bones in particular, the ethmoid bone (the septum originates at this bone) and the nasal bone as well. Also you may want to keep into consideration the maxilla, Zygoma, and Frontal bone, although they should be a concern at all considering how minamalistic such surgeries are.
