Explain the process of creating an effective list of tasks to accomplish a goal

A goal is something you want to do or improve. People tend to have personal goals and professional goals. Personal goals can be physically or psychologically, for example, having a good health condition, having a good mindset. Similarly, professional goals are attached to what you do as a profession, for example, you want to be employee of the year, or initiate your own business.

Either way, to achieve goals you must have clearly define where are you going, that will help you to also define more little and immediate goals, because those big achievements cannot be made to the next day. So, here, we realize that we must have short term goals, medium term goals and long term goals, all together the create a whole structure for your purposes and desires.

For example, if you want to be have a good health state, first you must set the time you will take to achieve this. Then, you have to set more specific goals, because having good health state is too wide, in other words, you have to apply the principle of specificity. For example, you could say that you will run 20 minutes everyday, or you will eat less sugar, those tiny goals will get you there.

Then, you have to be specific about each long term goal, that will define your short term goals and medium term goals.

After you have your own goals system, you will realize that you will be continuously achieving your purposes. At the end, you will get what you want.

However, you must always remember to yourself why you are doing all of it, where are you going, why you are pursuing that direction, having all these information clear as the water, you will be motivated to get there, to achieve what you want.
