What is the difference between a diet and an eating disorder?

An eating disorder is something that you think you are in control of, but in reality it controls you. A diet is something that you can control and know that you are in control of.

A diet is when it is optional to loose weight or be healthy and a eating disorder is when ur mentally forced to loose weight or be healthy
