Can yoy talk about a good diet for who guy between 60_75kg

U there is a diet where u eat a small meal in the morning then 3 hours later u eat a small snack then 3 hours later u eat a mid day meal then 3 hours later u eat dinner and with that you drink 8 cups of water with it and chew everything slowly so its like baby food in ur mouth
