Record the activities starting from 5am to 5am (24 hours) the next day for the entire week.

Colour code the different activities you do – use the same colour code on your time pie chart

Include all activities:

1. School/classes

2. Homework/studying

3. Travelling

4. Working (paid or volunteer)

5. Cooking & eating

6. Cleaning (dishes, laundry, vacuuming, organizing, etc.)

7. Grooming (washing, brushing teeth, makeup, hair, etc.)

8. Social (face to face/in person)

9. Electronics (TV, Internet, phone, social media)

10. Exercise & physical activity

11. Sleeping

Use colour to differentiate the activities you participate in

Journal component – Answer the following questions:

How do you feel about the time allocated for the ten activities? (for example, did you spend too much time on some activities rather than others? Where you surprised?)

What changes are you going to implement to allow you more time to do the activities you want to or need to do?

What activities are “time zappers” (time wasters)? How are you going to change this?
