Grains provide fiber, b vitamins, and minerals, reducing the chances of becoming chronically ill. Vegetables and fruits are natural sources that provide essential vitamins for humans to live and grow (such as vitamin a and vitamin c). Vegetables and fruits are rich in these nutrients, as they help maintain a healthy blood pressure, their dietary fibers lowering the risks of heart disease, and also maintains (or boosts even) the health of our eyes, skin, and other essential parts of the body as well.
