1. My family doesn’t really care all that much about physical fitness, however I do. Since they don’t care that much about it, I have to find ways for myself to do it. For instance, I play volleyball and basketball at school. This gives me the extra workouts that I need.

2. I don’t really let the media get to me because I know that I am working on myself and that I am trying to get in the best possible shape.

1. A specific culture has different calories and different ingredients that react to your body differently the others, so some cultures can eat healthy with alot of protein and you would be fit. But another culture can eat unhealthy with alot of calories that can make you chuby/ bigger than a person that is eating healthy. So those both can affect your fitness and dietary practices.

2. Food advertising is aimed to reach a wide range of people and age-levels through various sources and platforms. Advertisements can easily sway one's food choices, especially adolescents and younger children. Food companies spend a lot of time and money to convince people to buy their product.

for me i have felt invisible when i was clearly struggling,or,i made a great achievement ,and,nobody took to notice me either because they just didn't see it,or,people just turned their back on me.i can see a person being invisible by choice,or,without choice like i did.the people who are invisible by choice don't try to talk to people,don't try to make friends,and,keep to themselves.i haven't been one of those people so i couldn't give you a reason.
