a) if you're mindful of the decision you might make a nicer choice. b) if you are sad you might make a decision that reflects that but if you are mad you might not choose the best choice for yourself.

which ever one is showing doing the same exercise in time intervals such as 30 seconds or a minute several times.

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
