During this chapter we discussed that a health literate individual is someone who can find health information, determine if the information is accurate, figure out how much medicine to take, understand test results, and assess the risks and benefits of treatments. Knowing this, how can someone work to become a more health literate individual? List and discuss two of the ways an individual can become more health literate.

knowing your strengths keeps you ahead in a lot of things for you have the advantage with what you are good at. for instance, if you were looking at career options, you would be able to narrow down specific job scopes that would suit your strength.

moreover, understanding yourself can you push yourself further especially in school and in life. why aim good if you know you can do or function far better. therefore, awareness of your strength can you grow more and achieve much more.
