Why do I get so stressed when someone/my family burps or farts. When a family member of mine burps or farts around me, I suddenly feel so uncomfortable. If they're far-ish I'll just be disgusted and stay away but if they do it right next to me I'll run away if I can. I'll also feel like my world is crashing down when it happens. Or/and feel like I'm on the verge of falling apart and I panic so much.
