It's a mental disorder, and someone that has depression normally has negative thoughts assosciated with it. Not feeling like you're worth it, like you're good enough is an example. Feeling misunderstood..etc every person is different

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
