Quando comemos algo gorduroso e com muito açúcar por exemplo, ele causa um efeito negativo na nossa saúde, com os alimentos saudáveis acontece o oposto, eles nos fazem bem e causam um efeito positivo na nossa saúde e em nosso organismo, ele faz com que a gente ganhe vitaminas que fortalecem o nosso corpo, além de ajudarem em outros diversos aspectos, por exemplo, existem frutas que ajudam a nossa visão, além de ser saudável e nos proporcionar uma melhor qualidade de vida, já que fast foods por exemplo fazem mal ao nosso organismo, e se comermos muito dele vamos passar mal, já com as comidas saudáveis não. E os exercícios também são muito importantes, eles nos deixam em forma e nos fazem ter mais energia, já que quanto mais exercícios fazemos, mais energéticos e acostumados com isso ficamos.
