While the question is kind of messed up, i think i know the question. The Liver is the organ who's primary responsibility is to neutralize toxins, that we constantly are exposed to in small doses. Alcoholism is usually a major risk factor for such diseases involving deterioration of the Liver like cirrhosis, for this reason.
