Why do invisibility and microaggressions occur?

Invisibility has been known to form from racism/prejudice. It mainly occurs in anyone who experiences a sense of exclusion from society as a whole. Microaggression is to be discriminative towards races/ other people of color Because both are psychological terms, they are related in a few ways. You could say microaggression could be a cause of invisibility.
