When i'm sitting up then quickly lay down, i hear my stomach and i feel something. is this my stomach acid bouncing around and hitting the side making the sound and feeling? do not answer saying i dont know or i will report

If you've recently drank a lot of water you could be feeling the water sloshing around. Other than that, you should not feel stomach acid moving in your stomach. If you have not had a large amount of water recently you should see a doctor.
