1 )  A healthy diet consist of not only the great feeling of losing weight but the feeling of knowing your doing all on your own , also eating healthy base meals on starchy foods like potatoes, bread, rice or pasta. have some dairy or dairy alternatives (such as soya drinks) eat some beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein. choose unsaturated oils and spreads and eat in small amounts.

2 )While the intake of food is vital for proper performance, many of the widely available and popular foods in schools today are actually hindering your ability to learn. Loaded with sugars, caffeine, chemicals, and sodium, many popular menu items are leaving kids tired, unfocused, jittery, and sick—which not only impact students’ grades and performance, but also influences their behavior and moods. tried my best hope this helps ;)

1. Eating healthy is comprised of various choices. It's very important to have balance in all things you consume, as too much of one food can overload levels of blood sugar, proteins, etc. Following the guidelines of the food pyramid (or food plate) is guaranteed to help you maintain a healthy diet. Make sure you're eating foods that are mostly natural, some food additives aren't too great for your body, and check for validity when trying a new diet.
2. When you don't eat healthy it affects your body in negative ways. Consuming too much glucose can make you feel fatigued, and even sick. It becomes easier to lose concentration in class, and your overall attitude can seem more unhappy. On the contrary, eating healthy makes you more alert, and quick to catch and retain what is being taught in the classroom.
